We are established professional independent mortgage advisers based in Chester where we specialise in arranging mortgages and re-mortgages for our many UK customers. Where do we start?
Our aim is to help you choose the mortgage that is exactly right for you. In the UK there are more than 300 lenders to choose from, including many High Street Banks and Building Societies who all have there own schemes, rules and regulations. To this end we have included a short online application form for you to fill in some details and forward to us so that we can provide you with a preliminary estimate of your mortgage cost. At Mortgage Choices we conduct the majority of our interviews in the comfort of your own home, at a time convenient to you. Once you've weighed up the options and completed the paperwork, we'll take care of everything else. Alternatively, we have helped many people outside our local area by doing all the work by post and on the Internet.

Don't worry. we can usually help people who have had difficulty in finding a mortgage themselves. Whether you are self-employed with no accounts, have an adverse credit record or County Court Judgements against you, we can usually find a lender who will help.

We at Mortgage Choices uk can, to a large extent, take these off your hands. Finding a solicitor, arranging a surveyor, arranging mortgage and house insurance can all be done for you by ourselves and we ensure you get the best deal possible.
